Molimo vas da pažljivo pročitate ove Uslove korišćenja pre upotrebe platforme Servisio. Registracijom i korišćenjem platforme potvrđujete da ste pročitali, razumeli i prihvatili ove uslove.
Servisio je digitalna platforma koja omogućava korisnicima da pronađu i rezervišu termine kod pružalaca usluga (majstori, serviseri i sl.). Servisio je isključivo posrednik - ne pruža usluge direktno i nije strana u ugovoru između klijenta i pružaoca usluge.
Plaćanje za usluge odvija se isključivo direktno između klijenta i pružaoca usluge, van platforme. Servisio ne posreduje u naplati usluga, ne drži sredstva u ime korisnika i ne snosi odgovornost za finansijske transakcije između strana.
Servisio ne proverava, ne potvrđuje ni ne garantuje stručnost, kvalifikacije, licence ni identitet pružalaca usluga registrovanih na platformi. Klijenti su odgovorni da sami provere sve relevantne informacije pre angažovanja pružaoca usluge. Korišćenje usluge je na sopstveni rizik klijenta.
Pružalac usluge je isključivo odgovoran da poseduje sve zakonski potrebne dozvole, licence i osiguranje za obavljanje delatnosti. Registracijom na platformi pružalac potvrđuje da ispunjava ove uslove. Servisio ne snosi nikakvu odgovornost za štetu nastalu zbog neposedovanja odgovarajućih dozvola ili osiguranja.
Servisio zadržava pravo uvođenja mesečne pretplate za pružaoce usluga. O ceni i datumu uvođenja naplate korisnici će biti obavešteni putem e-maila i obaveštenja u aplikaciji najmanje 30 dana unapred.
Tokom promotivnog perioda, platforma je dostupna pružaocima usluga besplatno. Kraj promotivnog perioda biće najavljen putem e-maila i obaveštenja u aplikaciji.
U slučaju neplaćanja pretplate po isteku promotivnog perioda, Servisio zadržava pravo da suspenduje ili deaktivira nalog pružaoca usluge bez prethodne najave.
Klijent može otkazati potvrđenu rezervaciju u bilo kom trenutku. Otkazivanje unutar 24 sata pre zakazanog termina evidentira se kao kasno otkazivanje. Ponavljano kasno otkazivanje može dovesti do ograničenja korišćenja platforme.
Pružalac usluge može otkazati rezervaciju pre početka termina uz obavezu da odmah obavesti klijenta putem platforme.
Servisio ne snosi odgovornost za štetu nastalu otkazivanjem rezervacije s bilo koje strane.
Zabranjeno je:
Servisio zadržava pravo da bez prethodne najave ukloni bilo koji sadržaj koji smatra neprikladnim i da blokira ili trajno ukine nalog korisniku koji krši ova pravila, uključujući korisnike sa učestalim kasnim otkazivanjima ili nepojavljivanjima.
Klijenti mogu ostaviti recenziju (ocena 1-5 i komentar) isključivo za rezervacije koje su bile potvrđene i završene. Zabranjeno je ostavljanje lažnih, manipulativnih ili uvredljivih recenzija. Servisio zadržava pravo da ukloni recenziju koja krši ova pravila.
Objavljivanjem recenzije ili fotografije korisnik zadržava autorska prava nad sopstvenim sadržajem, ali Servisio-u daje besplatnu, neekskluzivnu licencu da prikazuje taj sadržaj u okviru platforme. Korisnik garantuje da ima pravo da objavi sadržaj i da isti ne krši prava trećih lica.
Sva prava intelektualne svojine vezana za platformu Servisio (naziv, dizajn, kod, logotip) su vlasništvo Servisio. Korišćenjem platforme korisnik ne stiče nikakva prava na ovaj sadržaj.
Servisio ne snosi odgovornost ako korisnik ili pružalac usluge objavi sadržaj kojim krši prava treće strane - odgovornost u potpunosti snosi lice koje je sadržaj objavilo.
U najvećoj meri dozvoljenoj važećim zakonodavstvom, ukupna odgovornost Servisio prema korisniku ni u kom slučaju ne može preći iznos koji je korisnik platio za korišćenje platforme u poslednjih 3 meseca, ili 1.000 RSD ako korisnik nije izvršio nikakvu uplatu. Ovo ograničenje se ne primenjuje u slučaju namerne štete, grube nepažnje ili kršenja propisa o zaštiti ličnih podataka. Servisio ni u kom slučaju nije odgovoran za indirektnu, slučajnu, posebnu ili posledičnu štetu, gubitak prihoda, podataka ili poslovnih prilika.
Servisio ne snosi odgovornost za neispunjenje obaveza usled okolnosti van naše kontrole, uključujući ali ne ograničavajući se na: prirodne katastrofe, pandemije, prekide struje, kvarove internet infrastrukture ili odluke državnih organa.
Servisio zadržava pravo izmene ovih Uslova korišćenja. O značajnim izmenama obaveštavamo korisnike putem e-maila ili obaveštenja u aplikaciji najmanje 8 dana pre stupanja na snagu. Nastavak korišćenja platforme nakon stupanja izmena na snagu smatra se prihvatanjem novih uslova.
Na ove Uslove korišćenja primenjuje se pravo Republike Srbije. Za sporove nastale iz ovih Uslova nadležni su sudovi u Beogradu.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Servisio platform. By registering and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Servisio is a digital platform that allows users to find and book appointments with service providers (tradespeople, repairers, etc.). Servisio acts solely as an intermediary - it does not provide services directly and is not a party to any agreement between the customer and the service provider.
Payment for services takes place exclusively directly between the customer and the service provider, outside the platform. Servisio does not facilitate payment for services, does not hold funds on behalf of users, and is not responsible for any financial transactions between the parties.
Servisio does not check, confirm, or guarantee the expertise, qualifications, licences, or identity of service providers registered on the platform. Customers are responsible for independently verifying all relevant information before engaging a service provider. Use of any service is at the customer's own risk.
Service providers are solely responsible for holding all legally required permits, licences, and insurance for carrying out their work. By registering on the platform, a service provider confirms that they meet these requirements. Servisio bears no liability for damages arising from a provider's failure to hold appropriate permits or insurance.
Servisio reserves the right to introduce a monthly subscription fee for service providers. Users will be notified of the price and start date by email and in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
During the promotional period, the platform is available to service providers free of charge. The end of the promotional period will be announced by email and in-app notification.
In the event of non-payment after the promotional period ends, Servisio reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the provider's account without prior notice.
A customer may cancel a confirmed booking at any time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are recorded as late cancellations. Repeated late cancellations may result in restrictions on the use of the platform.
A service provider may cancel a booking before the appointment has started, and must immediately notify the customer through the platform.
Servisio is not responsible for any damages arising from cancellations by either party.
The following are prohibited:
Servisio reserves the right to remove any content it deems inappropriate without prior notice, and to suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user who violates these rules, including users with repeated late cancellations or no-shows.
Customers may leave a review (rating 1-5 and comment) only for bookings that were confirmed and completed. Posting false, manipulative, or offensive reviews is prohibited. Servisio reserves the right to remove any review that violates these rules.
By posting a review or photo, the user retains copyright over their own content but grants Servisio a free, non-exclusive licence to display that content within the platform. The user warrants that they have the right to post the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
All intellectual property rights related to the Servisio platform (name, design, code, logo) are owned by Servisio. Using the platform does not grant the user any rights to this content.
Servisio is not responsible if a user or service provider publishes content that infringes the rights of a third party - full responsibility lies with the person who published the content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Servisio's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for use of the platform in the preceding 3 months, or 1,000 RSD if the user has made no payments. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or violations of applicable data protection laws. In no event shall Servisio be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Servisio is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or decisions by government authorities.
Servisio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or in-app notification at least 8 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Belgrade.
